  • Was the primary project designer for multiple computer cooling systems
  • Designed dozens of new parts including liquid fittings, coldplates, and brackets
  • Used Solidworks, Excel, and Macroflow for fluid, thermal, and solid simulations
  • Use of processes including (but not limited to) injection moulding, laser cutting, and machining
  • Used ARENA for BOM structure and part revision management
  • Ran product tests, assembled test articles, and conducted failure analysis
